This Privacy Policy describes our practices at Roll Clip LLC with respect to Personal Data (as defined below) that we collect from or about you when you use or visit our website or our Rollclip mobile application (the "App") and any subscription services that we may offer from time to time (collectively, "Services").

Personal Data You Provide

We collect Personal Data if you download the App, create an account to use our Services, or communicate with us.

  • Account Information: name, contact information, account credentials, date of birth, payment information, and transaction history.
  • Content: prompts and other content you upload, such as files, photos, videos, and other images, depending on App features.
  • Communication Information: messages and contact details when you communicate with us, including by email or social media.
  • Other Information You Provide: information submitted in promotions, orders, events, service requests, surveys, or age/identity checks.

Personal Data We Receive from Your Use of the Services

When you visit, use, or interact with the Services, we receive technical information including:

  • Usage Data: uploaded/viewed content types, features used, actions taken, time zone, country, access timestamps, user agent/version, device type, and connection details.

Examples include error monitoring and crash reporting providers (such as Sentry).

We disclose Personal Data only as necessary for app functionality, performance, security, and legal compliance.

  • We do not track data across apps and do not engage in targeted outside advertising based on Personal Data.
  • We do not sell your Personal Data.

5. Data Retention

Generally, user-deleted data is removed promptly and retained only as long as necessary for account operation and services. We normally delete or anonymize user content within a reasonable period, generally within 10 business days.

Backups are encrypted and automatically cycled. We may retain data for safety, investigations, or legal compliance.

6. Children

Our App and Services are not directed to, or intended for, minors under age 18. We investigate abuse notifications and may delete minors' personal data where appropriate.

7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards. However, we are not responsible for malicious third-party actions, including circumvention of privacy or security controls.
