Terms of Service

These Terms govern your Rollclip account and use of services provided by Roll Clip LLC. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Rollclip account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not impersonate someone else or use another account to evade a restriction.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the Clips, comments, and other content you submit. You grant Roll Clip LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and provide Rollclip, including the audience you choose for a Clip or Circle. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content.

A discoverable profile can show your username, display name, and profile photo on a public web card. The web card does not show Clips. Clips you deliberately publish to your public profile may be seen by other people using Rollclip. Making a profile or Circle discoverable does not itself publish Circle content.

3. Conduct and Safety

You may not use Rollclip for illegal activity, harassment, exploitation, threats, spam, impersonation, privacy violations, or content that infringes another person's rights. The Community Guidelines explain these rules in more detail. You can use in-app controls to report a Clip or profile and to block another user. For other safety concerns, contact support@rollclip.com.

We may review reports and remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when needed to enforce these Terms or protect people and the service. Questions about a moderation decision can be sent to our support address.

4. Deletion and Privacy

You can request account deletion in the App. This starts a process to disable account access and remove active profile and content data. Some steps may require retry. Operational records and backup copies may remain under their retention schedules. Our Privacy Policy explains data practices and choices.

5. iOS App License

Your download and use of the Rollclip iOS application is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Roll Clip LLC does not provide a separate iOS app EULA. Our EULA information page links to Apple's agreement.

6. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version and effective date here. Contact Roll Clip LLC at support@rollclip.com with questions.
